Q: When will ILE MIAMI 2024 take place?

A: September 15th and 16th 

 

Q: Where will this event be?

A: DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Miami Airport & Convention Center

 

Q: If I am traveling will there be accommodations near by?

A: Yes! Please visit our page titled: "Hotel & Travel Information" for all information pertaining to travel and lodging.

 

Q: Do I need to be licensed to attend this event?

A: No!  We welcome aspiring lash artists as well as students to our event.  

Q: Can I get a refund?

A: Refund Policy

At ILE, we understand that plans change, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible for our valued attendees. 

Full Refund (100%):
Attendees can request a full refund if they cancel their attendance 120 days or more prior to the start date of ILE.

Partial Refund (50%):
Attendees can obtain a 50% refund if they cancel between 60-119 days prior to the event's commencement.

No Refund:
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made within 60 days or fewer leading up to the event.

Ticket Transfers:
If an attendee can't make it, they have the option to sell or transfer their ticket to another prospective attendee. We request both parties to inform us of this change, ensuring a smooth transfer process and updating of event records.

An attendee can also transfer their ticket to a future event date.
